Refund policy
All sales are final. Wonder is a digital download. Once the files are in your hands, they can't be sent back, so we don't offer refunds or returns.
Try it before you buy
That's why the type tester is on the shop page. Type your own words, change the size, and see how Wonder looks before you pay. If you're not sure it fits your project, give it a few minutes there first.
When we will make it right
"No refunds" doesn't mean "no help." Email us and we'll fix it if:
- You were charged twice for the same order. We'll refund the extra charge.
- Your download never worked and we can't get the files to you. We'll keep trying, and if we can't, we'll refund you.
- A file is broken and won't install. We'll send a working copy.
- You lost your download. We'll send it again, free.
Need more people on the license?
The standard license covers up to 5 people. If your team grows, email us and we'll work out an upgrade. You won't have to buy it again from scratch.
